INSTRUCTION

Using the "Track and Trace" service you may receive information on date, time, place and status of the item from the moment it is entered into the system.

INDENTIFICATION OF POSTAL ITEM

Each item has its reception (indentification) number in the system.

By entering reception number and pressing the "Search" button, search procedure has been started.

SEARCH RESULT

Search result is a display of changes in status for a specified item:
date, time, place, phase and status.

Phase

Delivering procedure is made in three phases:

• Reception;
• Dispatch;
• Delivery.

Status

A list of possible statuses of item:

• Reception;
• Delivered;
• Addressee notified;
• Re-delivery;
• Returned to sender;
• Reception refused/did not ask for item;
• Undeliverable items section;
• The following delivery;
• Reception refused due to customs duty.

Signature

Note: "Signature" is displayed for delivered items only. If the item is delivered, user may see name and surname of addressee as well as date, time and place where the item has been delivered.
