Track and Trace

MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS

System for the electronic tracking of the postal items ("Track and Trace") enables the postal services user to obtain the information on his postal item whereabouts, i.e., on the status of his postal item (delivered, returned, redirected), at all times.
At the moment, the postal items that can be tracked are as follows: insured letter (postal item code VV); parcel (postal item code CC); post-express postal items (postal item code PE); Neckermann company postal items (postal item code NP-neckermann parcel; postal item code NV- neckermann letter); international registered postal item (postal item code RR); At this moment we are employing our efforts to enable the tracking of EMS postal items (postal item code EE)
The user acquires the service of electronic tracking of postal items, by handing over of the postal item to be tracked, to the post office employee.
Information on the postal item status, is available to the users on the www.trackandtrace.ptt.yu. Internet site at all times, i.e., by contacting the Postal Information Service center on 0700 100 300.
If the digital signature exist in the data base, the user can view it.
Currently, Electronic tracking of postal items towards abroad, is available only to the Exchange Post Office. Complete tracking of postal items to/from abroad shall be available very soon, after the "Track and Trace" and "IPS (International Postal System)" are linked.
By using the services of "Track and Trace" system, the user can obtain the information on:
  • Postal item code, type of scan, date and time of scans, signature, name of OU or JPM, delivery status.
  • In Serbian and English language; in relation to the Postal Information Service center, as well as on the services it offers.
  • In Serbian and English language, on the system for electronic tracking of postal items, about the advantages and possibilities it offers.
The services of "Track and Trace" system are free of charge, for the time being.
In case the postal item sent by the user at the certain destination in the world, did not arrive within the prescribed time limits, the user can obtain the information on his postal item, for the time being, through the customary inquiry process. Therefore, it means that the user needs to initiate an inqury procedure.
